Mike Gamblin has been a salesman
all his life and as such has a unique insight into what it takes to
make it in the real estate business. A broker/owner of his own
independent real estate firm, Mike has been a consistent Top
Producing real estate agent in the Treasure Valley for the last 20
years. He holds a GRI (Graduate REALTORS Institute) and the
prestigious CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations. He
has also been instructing real estate agents for the past 10 years.
In 2008-9 Mike received the
"Instructor of the Year" Award for his dedication to superior
instruction,
quality course development and implementation and for having
consistently "Superior" ratings from his students in their course
and instructor evaluations.
An avid believer in staying involved in your
profession, Mike has served as the President of the Ada County
Association of REALTORS in 1999 and was the 2004 State REALTOR
President. He still serves on the Idaho Association of REALTORS
Executive Committee and stays active in many real estate causes.
Mike is an enthusiastic instructor who's fast wit and
timely examples as a current active real estate broker make him one
of the most entertaining and sought after real estate educators in
Idaho.
Mike was born in
Sandpoint, Idaho. Mike and his wife Carla have 4 children and 3
grandchildren and reside in Hidden Springs, just outside Boise,
Idaho.
