Fees - $499 special only if paid on or before the 1st day of class *Pre-license classes are $299.50 per module, tax included if purchased separately*

**Required Books (these are included in tuition):
1. Mastering Real Estate Principals (5th edition)
2. Idaho Real Estate: Practice & Law - 11^th edition update

*Also recommended are a financial calculator for computing payments, a 100' tape to measure homes and lots and a shorter tape measure for inside room dimension measuring, notebook or pad for note taking and a highlighter.

          Refunds - Tuition refunds, less a $50 administration fee, will be given providing written notification is received no later than 7 business days prior to the original course commencement date. No refunds will be made for cancellations of subsequent courses registered for after the first course. All refunds will be issued within 10-14 business days.
          No refunds will be made for books you have picked up prior to course commencement. Lack of attendance will not constitute official course withdrawal and no refund will be made. Once registered and with 7 days notice, we are happy to place you in a future class with no penalty should your schedule change.

         A $35 fee will be charged for any returned NSF checks. VISA, MC, AMEX, Discover, cash and checks accepted.

Please note: At the Idaho-Pioneer Real Estate School these day classes are 10 classroom days of 9 hours each day. You finish in 2 weeks instead of 2.5 weeks! You asked for it, we're doing it.

Salesperson License - two (2) 45 hour courses are required to obtain a real estate license in Idaho: Module 1 - 45 classroom hours & Module 2 - 45 classroom hours
