Pre-license Courses:

Fees - Pre-license classes are $301.70 per module which includes required books** and taxes
Your seat is guaranteed with tuition payment. Payment plans available, call for details.

**Required Books:
1. Mastering Real Estate Principals
2. Idaho Real Estate: Practice & Law - 11^th edition update

*Also recommended are a financial calculator for computing payments, a 100' tape to measure homes and lots and a shorter tape measure for inside room dimension measuring, notebook or pad for note taking and a highlighter.

          Refunds - Tuition refunds, less a $50 administration fee, will be given providing written notification is received no later than 7 business days prior to the original course commencement date. No refunds will be made for cancellations of subsequent courses registered for after the first course. All refunds will be made by check.
          No refunds will be made for books you have picked up prior to course commencement. Lack of attendance will not constitute official course withdrawal and no refund will be made. Once registered and with 7 days notice, we are happy to place you in a future class with no penalty should your schedule change.

         A $35 fee will be charged for any returned NSF checks. VISA, MC, AMEX, and personal checks accepted.

Please note: At the Idaho Real Estate School these day classes are 10 classroom days of 9 hours each day. You finish in 2 weeks instead of 2.5 weeks! You asked for it, we're doing it.
